TURNAROUND TIME

Once an order is placed, goods will ship out within 3-5 days (usually 3). Please note that shipping time is then added to this.

REFUNDS

Spooky & Kooky wants you to LOVE your order, but if you for any reason need to make a return or exchange, please find our return policy below.
 

If you're not happy or satisfied with an item in your order, you may send it back to us within 14 days from when you received the order; for an exchange or refund/store-credit.  Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused and complete with their original labels and tags. 
 

- If sending items back from outside of the US, make sure to declare items as returned goods, clearly state 'U.S RETURNED GOODS' on any parcel. Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.
 

- Swim/Bodysuits, Intimates & Earrings are not returnable, due to hygienic restrictions.
 

- Shipping fees will not be credited.
 

All US exchanges are shipped out free of charge. International customers will need to re-purchase shipping.
 

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error*.
 

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your returned item/s. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. The return teams decision is final.
 

*Standard mail/airmail costs will be reimbursed only.

Do you have a banner that I can put on my site?
You are too kind. Email us and we will send you a banner to post all over the world... or at least online.

Do you have a “real store”?
If you mean a place you can walk through a door, stand in a room,  and be surrounded and mesmerized by all the amazing things you want to buy from us... no.

I have a really great idea for a design/product!! Can I send it to you?
I wouldn't suggest it.  Just know that we can politely ignore such emails.  Should the idea be fucking incredible, please know that by sending it to us it becomes our property and you no longer have rights to it.  Having now read this,  you should probably rethink that initial question.

Do you ever attend conventions/shows/festivals?
Currently we are not confirmed to attend any, but our goal is to be part of as many of them as we can in 2019.  Stay tuned and follow us on social media for updates.
